Major project delivery consultancy services
Rockall has been engaged by Wintershall Dea for professional consultancy on major project delivery. Wintershall Dea, Europe’s leading independent natural gas and oil company, is targeting Net Zero by 20301 and is participating in CCS and hydrogen projects.
Rockall was selected following a competitive tender to provide major project and project delivery system expertise, as well as the management of a project management office.
Rockall co-led the project delivery improvement project which involved in-depth analysis of the major project portfolio, the project delivery system and practices deployed on projects and led to recommendations for major project delivery.
